Marketing Specialist
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales, Service and Product marketing management teams to develop, track and implement marketing programs and initiatives
- Actively handle and conduct marketing plans: Product Campaigns; Promotional events; Launching Events; Workshops, Congresses, Seminars, Conferences and events; Social Media, websites
- Follow up closely with our partners to ensure the success of the marketing events
- Share marketing updates and news with our partners and customers
- Create marketing materials while liaising with the Communication team at the headquarters
- Closely monitor and handle all our marketing channels, announcements, news and activities (Internally and Externally)
- Analyze the performance and efficiency of our campaigns and marketing announcements
- Ensure Brand Guidelines are met in all aspects
- Identify new marketing opportunities for our products
- Monitor and report marketing activities related to competition: New product releases, Campaigns, Events, General Announcements
- Conduct market research in particular regions to identify opportunities for sales
- Responsible for Organizing & Planning, for all the events, congresses, workshops in the region together with the LATAM sales team
- Responsible for the organization of the workshops with the product and training manager
- Initiate and report the progress of the marketing activities on monthly bases
- Promote organizational values
Your Skills
- Reliability, responsibility, organization

- Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related
- Native Portuguese, English and Spanish (mandatory), advanced level
- Availability for frequent regional trips
- 3 years or more of experience in medical devices companies in a similar position
- Office package, Marketing tools, intermediate level
