Post-Market Surveillance Specialist (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Create, review and update PMS plans and PMS reports.
- Act as contact person for PMS issues and cooperate with various company departments, such as marketing, research, development and sales
- Compile, coordinate and evaluate post-market activities, such as market monitoring studies (PMCF)
- Define, commission or perform data analyses
- Evaluate analyzed data, identify and report new risks and trends
- Plan and facilitate regular coordination meetings between clinical evaluation, risk management and post-market surveillance
- Continuous optimization of PMS-related processes and procedures
Your Skills
- Technical or scientific university degree or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in a comparable position in medical technology is desirable
- Ideally, knowledge of MDR as well as other international laws and standards in the medical device environment
- Strong communication skills and significant quality awareness
- Careful, self-reliant and solution-oriented work ethic
- Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
- Very good command of written and spoken English
